Along with our commitment to customer service, we at Market Street have a first-rate commitment to community service, too. In fact, one of our company goals is to build up every community in which we do business. All across Texas, we’ve pitched in on a range of projects – from high school scoreboards, United Way agencies and Little League teams to elementary school classrooms, health and social service agencies and local civic events.
Right here in our backyard, we’ve participated in a number of events to support causes that make our local community stronger. Here are just a few of the recent ones:
- Habitat for Humanity - 9 volunteers and lunch supplied for 28 volunteers
- Served breakfast to the McKinney MOMS Club
- Hosted practices for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure walk/run
Supplied food and drinks for Allen Chamber of Commerce- Raised $1500 for Allen Community Outreach with help from Mrs. Baird's Ultimate Grill
- Hosted a New Teacher Breakfast for Allen ISD, served nearly 250 new teachers
- Launched our local "Go Green" program, conducted presentations on living well and recycling
